Membership Policies
- There is no fee to join the Black Sage Road wine club
- Minimum commitment of 3 consecutive club shipments
- We highly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business,
rather than residential addresses - Our Black Sage Rd. Membership Club is an ongoing membership until
cancelled - Written notice is required to cancel membership; email wineclub@domaineartem.ca with your cancel request
- As a member, you are responsible to notify us of any address,
telephone, email, credit card, or any other account changes - You are responsible for any provincial or state taxes and additional
shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments - At the time of shipment, Domaine Artema may charge your credit
card on file for the cost of the wine plus any applicable taxes and/or
shipping charges - If a club shipment has been shipped but not received prior to our
receipt of your written cancellation, you will be responsible to pay
for that final shipment
We are not able to hold wines past the scheduled ship date though we will do our best to accommodate unique circumstances. Please contact us no later than two weeks in advance if you foresee an issue with your ship date.
